Core services
Each engagement is scoped to the building in front of us. The appropriate assessment depends on the property, the concerns reported by occupants, possible sources, and your objectives — not on a fixed package.

Identify visible and hidden moisture-related concerns through visual inspection, moisture investigation, and appropriate air or surface sampling.
Mold Services
Evaluate suspect building materials before renovation, demolition, repair, or abatement through professional inspection and appropriate sampling.
Asbestos Services
Investigate concerns involving airborne particles, odors, ventilation, humidity, moisture, and other conditions that may affect the indoor environment.
Air Quality ServicesHow we work
Sampling is a tool, not a starting point. We use inspection findings to decide what — if anything — should be sampled, and we say plainly what the results can and cannot establish.
We begin with the building, its history, the concern that prompted the call, and the decision you are trying to make.
Visual assessment, moisture investigation, and review of ventilation and building materials guide where sampling is warranted.
Samples are collected only where they can answer a defined question, with chain-of-custody documentation and qualified laboratory analysis where applicable.
You receive written findings that state what was observed, what the results indicate, and what they cannot establish.
