About

An independent environmental testing firm

EnviroTest New England is an independent environmental testing firm providing mold, asbestos, and indoor air quality assessments with clear written findings.

Our work

Clear information. Objective testing. Confident decisions.

EnviroTest New England helps clients understand environmental conditions inside buildings through careful inspection, appropriate sampling, qualified laboratory analysis where applicable, and clear reporting.

We do not use urgency or alarm to sell services. Most assessments end with a measured explanation of conditions and a short list of practical options. When a condition does warrant attention, we say so directly and describe what the findings support.

How we operate

Independent
We are retained to assess conditions, not to sell corrective work.
Objective
Findings follow the evidence, including when the evidence is unremarkable.
Methodical
Inspection, sampling, and documentation follow a consistent sequence.
Responsive
Clients receive timely scheduling and direct answers to questions.
Knowledgeable
Building science informs how we interpret moisture, materials, and ventilation.
Clear about limits
We state what an assessment establishes and what it cannot.
Reviewing a written inspection report with data tables and a floor-plan diagram
